Messages of Inspiration

I’m a horoscope reader. I always have been and always will be no matter how silly anyone tells me it is. I read a few other peoples as well as my own. My favourite is Astrology Zone which is quite lengthy and you definitely have to be in the mood for it, but it seems to be following my life…at least parts of it. I also have an app on my iPhone called which I think has spy cameras attached to the app and listens to my daily conversations because it’s very accurate. I love messages. I have them sprinkled all over my home in forms of art. Inspire…Laugh…Love…No Skinny Dipping…Life needs more green lights, so ya I love messages.

I would peak into my future to see where I am in 5 years if given the opportunity. Would you? I get Post Cards from Gusto sent to me each morning which I also love. Bonnie introduced me to those and to Notes from the Universe. They are both inspiring messages that somehow touch on moments in life that we can all relate to at some point.

Here is an example of a recent message from Gusto…

and the message was this…

“I have complete confidence in you, and I trust your choices and decisions, ” I said. “No matter what we’re talking about.”

“But I keep changing my mind, and I’m so unsure half the time,” you said.

“That’s okay. In fact, I love it. It’s amazing to watch. Keep trying. Keep feeling, and keep thinking. Keep engaging. Keep listening, and keep talking. And along the way, trust yourself. Fully and completely trust yourself. You have every reason to.”

I cut in because I knew you were about to name reasons you supposedly couldn’t trust about yourself. “Look closer, I urged you. “Look with softer eyes.” So you did, and past choices and decisions found their place in a much bigger picture, and in so doing, each one took on a new purpose and role. You understood then what wasn’t so obvious at the time.

Your number-one fan, Gusto

And oh…Trust yourself. Really trust yourself.

That message for me, came at a very good time. It made me aware that no matter what I decide to do in life whether it be a decision that inspires change or keeps me right where I am, its right for me because I made it. I can relax and let be what is.

My message from the Universe was this…“While it’s often fashionable to dwell upon what might have been, Tracy, what’s usually overlooked is that really and truly, it couldn’t have. Because, invariably, any romanticized version of how things “might have been,” are based upon fictionalized versions of the past.

You see, Tracy, most of the time when people think the present could have been different than it is, it’s because they think the past was different than it was. Happily, the future can still be anything, when you surrender to the details (and who has to do what).

A little insight maybe, an inspiration of thought? Both give me food for thought each morning which is one of the ways I love to start my day…

I have finally learned to relax and just be, I love this moment in time.

I hope you enjoy each moment as it comes to you. ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. LOVE the tree photo!! And the message too of course. The message from “The Universe” is perfect as well. It’s also how I start my day although I also get a daily message from Abraham-Hicks site as well. I love them all and often find them to be “just what I needed”. xo
p.s. Plus don’t forget our “Too True” messages at the top of our page which change every re-fresh. Like this one I thought was very sweet and true:

Age does not protect you from love, but love to some extent protects you from age.

  2. Whether or not you believe in astrology, a positive daily reminder that you are part of the bigger picture is never a bad thing. Personally, I don’t follow horoscopes but I do like the Postcards from Gusto.
Women have so much negative self-talk going on inside that it really helps to have access to something positive and thought-provoking every day to combat the chatter in our heads.
    Love the tree picture!

  3. Great read Tracy. I have seen a couple of your messages from Gusto. Always beautiful pictures and inspiring words. I am not a big astrology reader either but daily inspiration is a must.

And Jacquie, men have a lot of negative self-talk going on in our nogggin’s too. We usually are just too embarrassed to talk about it. If only we could share things like woman do? You seem to be able to tell one another anything?

    • I think one of the sexiest things a man can do is express his true emotions to a woman, makes me melt just thinking about it!

Going out on a limb is always exciting with a little uncertainty added to make you feel alive!
I agree with Jane too that it’s also good to keep some inner thoughts to yourself until you are really sure you want to share them. :”)

Although I seem to be an open book I have a lot of inner thoughts meandering around in this head of mine. I am contemplating right now a post that will be raw and real for me anyway! Do I have the courage to share it…not sure yet?
