I wrote about the Charter for Compassion back in 2009. http://www.taracronica.com/bonnie/charter-for-compassion

Karen Armstrong’s ‘A History of God’ is one of the best books I’ve read about religion, from an objective perspective. Many consider her one of the preeminent religious scholars of our time. Her Charter for Compassion is making waves around the world and she was just in Vancouver in March. Unfortuantely, I wasn’t able to make her lectures. Thanks for the post Tracy. 🙂
