There are about 10 hours remaining in 2009 as I write this little farewell speech to what turned out t be a wonderful year. I spent an amazing couple of weeks this past summer with my sister in California, got VIP seats to a taping of Dancing With The Stars with a girlfriend who was just as excited about the adventure as I and met a gazillion interesting new people. Best of all, Tara Cronica was launched in February of this year.

I know I can speak for Bonnie and Tracy when I say that working on this project has been truly a labour of love. I’ve had to learn new things and conquer fears related to technology (still working on that).  I’ve discovered I’m a bit obsessive about certain things and I’ve had to learn to let go and ride the waves as they come. I believe it’s made me a more thoughtful person. Tara is the goddess of compassion, the one who directs us as we follow the road to enlightenment. I hope to get even further along that road in 2010. The ladies here with me are all so excited about what we have planned for the new year: challenges that will push us further into unfamiliar territory and stretch our comfort zones. WeeeeeeeHA!  That sounds like fun!!!

One thing is for sure~  no more mid-week late nights out until next holiday season. It makes for short posts that get uploaded late. My bad. Sorry T and B!  Thanks for a fabulous year everyone, old friends and new!
